No, this Safeguard Self Storage location does not have storage for vehicles, but our nearby location at 4301 Bronx Boulevard in the Wakefield area of the Bronx has storage garages for vehicles. The vehicle height cannot exceed 7-feet, as the door openings are approximately 7-feet high. If you have a larger vehicle or are looking for outdoor vehicle storage, our location at 204-02 Jamaica Avenue in Hollis has outdoor parking spaces in a completely enclosed, well-lit parking lot. Access to this area is computer controlled, which limits entry to only our customers who have rented spaces in this area.

Can I rent a truck here?

No, Safeguard Self Storage does not do truck rentals, however, we are running a promotion where we will provide a truck and driver for 2 hours when you rent a unit. The truck company we work with needs 48 hours to make arrangements, so you’ll want to rent your storage space at least 2 days prior to your moving date. And, if you need more than 2 hours, make sure to let them know when you schedule your move so they are prepared and can provide you with an estimate.
